Nick and I are so excited to share some pretty awesome news. We’ve recently been trying to find a product that covers all the bases; pre-workout, post-workout, protein, energy, fat burner, ect, ect. We’ve been experimenting with a a handful of well known product lines but haven’t found “the one” brand that meets our expectations for all of our supplement needs.
Since September we’ve been consistent with ID Life, a natural, non-gmo, soy-free, organic product. We tested out a number of products to see what the brand was all about. We’ve noticed some pretty substantial changes in our fitness routine along with everyday living. We wanted to share our honest review of the products with you.
Pre-Workout
We choose berry as our flavor. Loved the taste! We noticed more focus during workouts, more energy and an increase in strength as we continued the product.
Post-Workout
Again, we chose berry as our flavor (we’re boring, we know). Next-day soreness was decreased. The post-workout shake gave us the proper nutrients needed for muscle recovery while obtaining our BCAA’s.
Energy Powder
Orange was the flavor we used (you probably figured berry, huh?!). The flavor was great. We took this on days when we were hitting a brick wall at about 2pm. This provided us with an afternoon kick without crashing afterwards. Nick, a former Monster-holic, swore by this product!
Hydrate
This product we chose fruit punch flavor. We aren’t huge fruit-punch-lovers so the taste was mediocre to us. Honestly, we used this product probably the least. We drink a gallon of water a day so did not feel we were ever hydrated. Hydrate is a healthier version of Gatorade, as it has the same nutrients and electrolytes, but without the unnecessary sugars.
Protein
We picked chocolate AND vanilla. I was a huge fan of the chocolate, Nick enjoyed both flavors. We were very impressed with the protein for a few reasons. First, the product has good taste and was very fine, meaning it didn’t get clumpy after we threw it in a shaker or oatmeal. The whey-isolated protein has 23g of protein, only 130 calories, and lactose-free! One of our favorite products.
Lean
Nick and I have used many different types of fat burners to help speed up weight loss. Some brands were successful, some gave us that hot-flash affect, and some just straight-up didn’t work. With Lean, we noticed an increase in our metabolism and a overall lean feeling without the hot-flash affect. We were impressed with the results we had, even when we took time off from the gym and our diet.
As I mentioned, we took a wide variety of ID Life products to see if this truly was an all-in-one supplement brand. We’ve been impressed with the results from the products taken. Nick and I believe so much in the company we’ve decided to take it to the next level to start distributing ID Life. This means we sell to our family, friends and future-friends at a discount rate, along with being able to share our success story and help others who have similar goals.
